Emailing a Word Document (DOC) to us:
- Open the document on your computer.
- Fill it out and save it on your hard drive.
- Attach it to an email to cri@bemidjistate.edu
Emailing an Adobe PDF form to us:
- Right-click on the form link and choose "Save Target As", save the form to your computer
- Open the form in Adobe Reader (not in your browser) on your computer and fill it out
- When finished, "Save as Text". This will create a TXT file.
- You can then attach this TXT file to your email to us.
