"Online Professional Development Certificate in Human Resource Management"

Explore, through this 12-week program, the roles and responsibilities of human resource professionals in small business, and build a network of people who serve similar roles. This network of on-line learning and resources will continue long after the course has ended.

A major part of this program is learning from other professionals in the human resources field. Participation in the discussion forum and interacting with fellow students increases the value and knowledge gained through this certificate. You are encouraged to share your knowledge and experience throughout the program.
