Real Estate is a dynamic industry – that offers flexible job opportunities for energetic individuals with good people skills. To become a licensed real estate person in Minnesota, you must complete 90 hours of pre-licensure training – Real Estate I, II and III. You must also successfully pass the Real Estate Licensure exam. After completing the following 90 hours of classroom instruction and passing the exam, you can apply for the Real Estate Salesperson License with the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

A one-time $20 non-refundable deposit for Real Estate II & III is also required. When registering for Real Estate II you will receive a $20 credit towards this class.
